Information about the coach
My passion is to empower, promote self-acceptance and guide women back to their optimal health so that they can own their journey and reach their true potential. I help women through my work as a bachelor degree-qualified naturopath.
I have a strong interest in supporting women struggling with hormonal weight gain, especially women with PCOS so that they can achieve optimal wellness and improve their symptoms.
